General Provisions
bdk33 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated through the domain bdk33.cam. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bdk33.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All these documents together form the complete agreement between you and bdk33.
1.1 Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.
1.2 Language
The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. Any translation or version in another language is for informational purposes only — in case of a dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use the bdk33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
- You are using the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been permanently banned from bdk33.
- Your ability to use this type of platform is not restricted under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will be treated as a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
3.4 KYC Verification
bdk33 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time to verify your identity, address, or payment method. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bdk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- bdk33 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- bdk33 may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdk33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time limit — each offer will state its own time limit separately.
- Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering requirements — see the relevant promotions page for details.
- A bonus may be claimed only once — it cannot be claimed a second time using the same person, residential address, or payment method.
5.3 Other Promotions
From time to time, bdk33 runs various reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournaments. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms and conditions.
5.4 VIP Program
bdk33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on regular activity and contribution.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Before placing a bet on bdk33, please read the individual rules for each game or betting market carefully. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless explicitly permitted by bdk33.
6.2 Technical Errors
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system error, network issue, or software bug, bdk33 reserves the right to void or correct that bet. Unusual odds or payouts displayed as a result of a technical error will be considered invalid.
6.3 Sports Betting
The rules of the relevant betting market apply when betting on sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and others. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
6.4 Winning Limits
bdk33 reserves the right to impose limits on the maximum winnings in a single or multiple sessions. These limits may change and users will be notified where applicable.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk33 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
- Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus more than once or abusing bonuses in a coordinated manner.
- Placing low-risk bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements and then withdrawing the bonus funds (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
- Using platform software, game readers, or automated tools.
- Attempting any form of fraud, hacking, phishing, or cyber attack.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Attempting to defraud the platform in coordination with other users (collusion).
- Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 bdk33's Rights
bdk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any user's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly where there is suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or security risk.
8.2 User Rights
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If there are valid funds in the account at the time of closure, they will be returned once verification is complete.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months). We will send a notice to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
Limitation of Liability
bdk33 provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
- Losses caused by user negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
- Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Gambling carries the risk of financial loss. Play on bdk33 only with money you are prepared to lose. bdk33 is not responsible for personal losses related to gambling.
